Default 2001 Impala Parking Brake
How do you adjust the parking brake? Pedal goes all the way to the floor but does not hold car on slight hill.

I have an 04,and the parking brake was that way when it was new,dealer said that's just the way they were ??? and couldn't fix it any better.
