2002 Impala Ls gear ratio
Hi,
I've been told by a mechanic that my trans pressure is too high, which is why my car jerks or lurches when I slow down to 20 or 30 and then reapply the gas. It also does it sometimes when I make a right hand turn. I don't quite understand why it would only do this in the above instances. If I need to have the trans rebuilt or buy an already rebuilt one I need to know the gear ratio. My vin is 2G1WH55K229147903. Can anyone tell me from my vin # or is the mechanic blowing smoke.
