My sister has a 2002 Impala and on Sunday she said it took 3 times to get her car to start, she goes out this morning the car starts fine, she starts backing out of her driveway and her ABS light came on and in the manual it states if the light comes on to shut the car off and restart and if it came back on then the system needed looked at BUT her car will not restart. It does nothing, no turn over, no clicking sound, nothing. Tried jumping the car in case it was the battery but it wasnt that. We started looking online and found out about this passlock problem, could this be the problem for her? I havent found anyone saying anything about their ABS light or any other light coming on before this happened.
