2005 Impala 3800 LS Cluster interchange

Got an 05 Impala 3.8L where the cluster/speedo has started to act up. Wondering if my current cluster will interchange with the SS versions of the clusters?
If I have to repair or replace my current cluster I think would be nice to have some more gauges that can malfunction...
