Default 2006 Impala TPMS sensors

I am trying to replace a couple TPM sensors on my 2006 Impala SS. My searches find that the correct p/n is 15268606. This p/n appears to have been replaced by p/n 20925924. Will this be a direct replacement? Will I be able to use the normal reprogramming process (like after a rotation)? It seems like using this p/n would be best as it will be available when I need to replace the other 2. Note: I'm doing 2 because that is what I need and can afford.

the aluminum valve stem tpm have been replaced with the rubber valve stem for some designs. The dealer bought tpm will work seamlessly when interchanged.

I have never used aftermarket tpm so cannot vouch for them.
