I have a 2007 Impala 3.5L LT model and the windshield washer pump fuse under the hood keeps blowing. I replace it and it will work for a week and then just go. No idea what's causing it. Anyone having the same problem?

 

Chevrolet has come out with a service bulletin indicating that the 10A fuse is inadequate for circuit operation. Chevrolet is suggesting to increase fuse size to 15A.

 

Thanks for information however I just tried this and it blew the 15A fuse as well... Any other suggestions?

 

When the washer works is the spray sufficient? if not then the pump could be clogged causing the blown fuse.
