I was watching a video on youtube. This guy put flowmaster exhuast on and said he had done a tune on his car to remove rev limiter in park and a few other things.

Well, i'm doing exhuast and intake this summer and was thinking about getting a tune done.........buuuuuut I have no idea how and are there places that do that sort of thing? Dealerships or exhuast shops? I have no idea.

I live in Nebraska so if there is anyone close that has done these let me know. Please and thanks

 

A tune is getting your PCM tuned with certain settings for your car.
Dealership wont do this. More than likely you will need your own tuner bu HPTuners. They make one for the 07 I think.

 

Ya, I had looked at that site before. But it all seems to complicated for me and I wouldn't know what I was doing. Hah

But if it's worth buying the HP tuner I will, if it's not that important and can do without it, I will save the money.
