Default 2008 Impala Engine code help

Hi, I have a 2008 Impala (police pkg) that has been giving me problems the past 2 months. Every once in a while (once a week) I will try to start it and it will bog, hesitate, run rough. Then when I drive it, it will shift hard into gear and has not much power. About 10 mins later it will be fine. I have brought it to my shop and even left it over night for them to test. The engine light has come on a couple of times. They have replaced the wires, plugs ingintion coil and air filter. The light went on today and I was able to capture the codes. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Here is the codes from today

Total Shot in the dark on this, as I'm pretty car retarded, but I'd consider checking the MAP Sensor Hose and seeing if it's gunked up or clogged somehow.

Otherwise, I'd start pricing a MAP sensor... *shrug*
