Got a 2009 impala with the 3.5. Started off with bogging with throttle which turned into it dying on the side of the road and had to get it towed home. Now it will run for a few seconds and die. Has no power to the fuel pump fuse. Relay has been swapped, relay has power coming in, switched power, and ground from what I'm testing with the multimeter. Fuse box has been swapped as well. Only codes are evap and a oil pressure sensor voltage high. Checked the cam sensor wiring under the PS pump and thats all good. Fuel pump was new less than 2 years ago. Scan tool says the ecm is not commanding the fuel pump relay to turn on. I'm at a loss as to where to go from here. Any help is appreciated.
