I have a 2010 chevy impala with 61,000 miles,1 year,7 months out of warranty and transmission went out recently,car was at dealership several times when still under warranty for transmission issues but dealership could never re-create problem when there,took car to dealership again to repair problem,I had to pay 1600$,they covered 700$(2300$ total for a REPAIR)how much is a gm rebuilt transmission?I just picked up car yesterday and transmission is slipping AGAIN!GM=POS!

take the car right back immediately. Test drive with the tech and demonstrate the slipping with the tech/shop foreman in the car. A good shop will correct this.
