My wife lost here key to her car. I went to the dealership had a new transponder key cut. i just realized some websites dont work with if the vin starts with the number 2 do you happen to know by chance what website to goto ?

 

Not sure what you are referring to with this statement. What web sites are you talking about ? VIN's starting with "2" means that the car was built in Canada. All Impala's from 2000-2013 were built at the Oshawa Ontario Assembly Plant. from 2014 onward, the Impala Limited and a percentage of the New Impalas are built there while the remainder are built at the Detroit/Hamtramak Assembly Plant in Detroit MI.
