Default 2013 impala no ac

2013 chevy impala ac is fully charged but blows warm cooling fans are not kicking on fuse and relays are good any help out there for this problem

compressor comes on the pressures are fine but cooling fans don't come on

if the cooling fans do not turn on, high side pressure will get high very quickly until the high side pressure switch trips and shuts down the compressor.


kinda hard to tell what happening without manifold gauges on the high and low service ports.


so maybe fix the fan problem first....can you hear the fan relay click when the a/c is cycled on? jumper power to the fans to see if they work. How does he a/c work if you jumper the fans on?

this is just a guess but maybe the AC compressor clutch is bad !

with the fans on ac works great replaced all relays but still not coming on

usually, the fans are low side driver controlled by the ecm. a scan tool can be used to perform bi-directional tests of the fans. do you have a scan tool? there may be dtc set as the control side may be monitored by the ecm.
