Default 2013 Impala possible bad BCM???

I just bought a 2013 Impala with very low mileage on it. I have yet to make the 3rd payment on it and all of a sudden the stereo doesn't work, a CD is stuck in there and my biggest safety concern: the "key is in the ignition" chime doesn't work, the "your seatbelt isn't on" chime doesn't work. As I can't find any recalls for a bad BCM, I am waiting for GM to open so I can get there take on this. If anyone has any ideas as to what is wrong, please help. And the most ironic thing is that I have a 2001 Monte Carlo and the BCM has never gone out!

Sound to me like the radio isn't working. Their are many thing that can cause this. Has anything else that was done to or did work right recently.

ex: jump start, accessory put in the car, car wash, service and repairs ....

Default Not a thing wrong

The car was perfect, not a single thing wrong. The radio still looks like it is working, just no sound.

If still under warranty just let the dealer deal with it. If it is out of warranty you may want to try: 1) With key off and removed disconnect both cables from the battery, touch the cables together for 10 seconds then reconnect. 2) check fuses if the vehicle is equipped with an amp it may not working.
