grandmother has a 2014 impala with blank radio display, no sound or anything from the radio. this does appear to be some sort of issue with them as searching online and youtube. most said something about a "hard reset" which included opening the door for 5 minutes with the key off then closing the door with key off but that didnt work. i also unhooked the battery for 5+ minutes and removed the radio fuse for 5 minutes and it still wont work. (fuses are good btw). any suggestions?
