Thanks sledge, I just ordered mine also. I never got a notice email either. Took me a while to get the order in. Every time I would enter it, chrome seemed to strip out my CCinfo including my number, exp date and verification code. 1 time through with IE worked fine.

Sounds like my experience in Chrome. It kept asking to save CC information (never had that before?)- and I would deny..

I used IE8 in Windows XP to process.

I got a shipping notice today from Helm that my manuals have shipped via FedEx and that I should have them sometime on Friday. Hooray!!!

I had mine redirected to a fedex/kinko's shop. Delivered today. Picking up tomorrow.
Shipping said 27.9 lbs!!!

FedEx just dropped mine at the house. 5 separate volumes, each as big as a telephone directory. Just lightly scanning them, i noticed one volume alone is devoted to "wiring methods" and appears to have pictures or drawings for identification of all the connectors.
