My 2015 Impala 2LTZ with MYLINK is missing mode options and theme options on the display menu. The only two options shown are screen calibration and turn off display. Is there a quick fix or do I need to see my dealer? Thanks!

 

Do you have anything that says it should be there? Like a review on youtube? literature?

Was it there before?

 

The 2015 Impala owners manual lists the 4 Display personalization options on page 5-43:
- Theme
- Mode
- Calibrate Touchscreen
- Turn Display Off


Only last two selections appear on my Display Personalization menu.

 

The two missing options were never on the Display menu as far as I know.

 

Yeah, there aren't any 2015 here... there's a couple over Chevy Impala Forums 9th gen area.

I know I have the option in my 2014 to change the theme to the 4 different options...

Maybe see you on the darkside there?...

I called onstar about this on my 2015 Suburban. The representative had no idea what I was talking about.
Also asked where my Pandora and weather apps are. No answer in her database.
I'm in Canada so I assumed that was the reason.

 

Umm, aren't you barking up the wrong tree?

Onstar wouldn't know Pandora.... or XM weather...

 

Try to contact the Infotainment team at 855-478-7767 and see if they know what happened to these menu items.

I have impala 2015 ltz and also there is no option to change theme at the secreen and somtimes the clock and radio reset outomatically is that normal at my impala
