Yes. I don't have time right now as I am late for school, else I would look into my 3.1 (same manifold) to tell you where it goes. I will tell you if it runs at all with that large leak, it will run rough.

Should be a very thin vacuum line running across the passenger strut tower that goes down under the fuse/relay boxes into the wire loom. Controls your hvac vents
