Bright Lights won't turn off!

Bright Lights won't turn off!
I have a small problem. I could not get my bright lights to turn on, only when I held the **** foward but when I let go they would go off. WELL I was messin around today trying to get to get them to stay on and now they won't shut off. They are stuck on and I can't drive like that, I hate being the one blinded by bright lights. Please help!
