Default Can't find TPMS reset menu option

When I start the car, I get 'Service Tire Monitor System'. I've tried these TPMS reset instructions from the DIC because I don't have a fob. It didn't bring up the relearn menu. One tire shows 45psi, the others show '--', however I know they're fine. I'd like to do the repair myself.

Is there another way to put the car into learning mode? What else can i try?

Toos them out. Tire pressure moniters are unneeded.
