Chevy Impala '00 Gauge Lights Issue

I changed my guage lights and i checked to see if one of them was working
and it did so i changed all the bad ones.
now i think its taking to much voltage or something
all the other ones work (seatbelt lights etc)
edit: also the real brake LP fuse was blown and i changed it and i turn the car on and it blew out AGAIN!
