Default code 0134 2002 Impala LS 3.8L

I had my car at the repair shop to get an alignment and figure out why the engine light goes on throwing the code 0134 (#1 sensor) after the first shop replaced it with a delco which didn't fix the problem. The second shop replaced the #2 sensor with a delco one and said it was fixed. I was driving it home and the engine light came on as soon as the engingined reached top temp. I drove it right back to the repair shop and they claim the sensor is working but do not know why it throws a code. I told them to check the wireing harness, which they did, and still can't figure it out. Could it be a bad ground or at the PCM. What are the pin numbers for the O2 sensors at the PCM? The Mechanic shop comes highly recommended, but I'm wondering if I should take it to an Auto Electric shop. I can't afford a new car but the repair cost of something that should be simple is getting out of hand.

Thanks,

Steve
