Does a 2010 chevy impala police have a fuel filter, if so where is it located? I Have been trying to figure it out my self but cant find the information I need.

 

I have a 2010 chevy impala police that died at a red light and refuses to turn over. A man suggested it was the fuel filter on it but I've had two people tell me that this model doesn't carry a fuel filter. It maintains power when key is in and acts as if it wants to turn over.it cranks then sputters. I've tried adding heet and seafoam to it,it seemed to help slightly but still wouldn't turn over. Any suggestions to what the issue may be will be helpful.

 

usually it's part of the fuel pump.
Verify the diagnosis by spraying starting fluid into it.
Then measure your fuel pressure.
