Default The Hard Shifts & The Sometimin Turn Signals

O.K. I guessI have the 02 flu. My car shifts hard during acceleration and the turn signals work when they want to. I need some suggestions or quick fixes. Turning is aggravating and I don't think my neck can take much more of the hard shifts(O. K.that maybe a little over the top). Please help!!! It's driving me crazzzzy!!!

most cars Ive ever driven shift hard when doing hard accelerations...
then again ive never driven a high end luxury car to see how it shifts...
Is it neck snapping shifts?

It's not neck snapping like a 454 with a 3000 stall converter. It shifts hard during acceleration after the trans heats up a little.
