Default have you gone over 100mph?

Just curious if anyone has taken their new/er car past the great beyond. sometimes when there's no one around on this one stretch or highway ive taken the 95 SS over 130 and it really smooths out at that speed. i thumbed through the manual and didnt see any limter on the new car so wondering how fast you've gone.

Most new cars will have a limit set in the ECU based on what speed rating the tires have that were equipped with the vehicle. I think the 2014 Impala will go 115 to 135 depending on what tires came on the vehicle. Unfortunately I live in Michigan and our roads are so bad from this winter that I would not even attempt to see how fast my 2014 Impala would go.

The 20" Bridgestone Potenzas are V-rated.
