Headlamp - dim - not working
Ive tried doing the search function on google as well as this forum to find a few people with this problem but no real solution so I thought I may as well ask again..
The other night both of my headlights have stopped working. I have all factory parts in the vehicle.
The blinkers work
The side Markers work
The high beams work
And sometimes the running lights work as well.
Heres what Ive done to remedy :
Replaced the fuse
Replaced the Relay
Checked the Bulbs
Tested the battery
Jiggled the Wiring around the bulb
Sat the car in a dark garage to see if they'd come on.
Heres what Ive noticed in my adventures :
At night the dash lights do in fact come on, as well as the side markers, and even when I dont pull the lights on manually (from the dimmer switch) at night, the brighs will still go off and on for me, whereas during the day I would have to manually turn the dims on (though no actual light would emit from the dims)
I am at a complete loss for where to go next. Any help would be appreciated.

The common paths of failure for the low beam, both sides, are the wiring between the low beam filaments and headlamp dimmer switch. Take the connector off the back of the headlamp dimmer switch and then check for the presence of voltage on the BRN wire. If there's voltage, the problem is in the switch.

This might be a silly question but the dimmer switch, is that the one below the steering wheel that dims in the interior dash lights, or would that be the blinker controller?

Oh, shoot, I guess that was a little ambiguous. I meant the turn signal multifunction switch (the part that serves as the headlamp dimmer and flash-to-pass switch), the one you toggle to change between the high beam and low beam. The BRN wire carries the voltage from the headlamp filaments to the switch which in turn grounds the circuit toward the headlamp relay.
