I have an 02 impala LS 3.4 and the transmission is going. What kink of job for an R&R with one of these? Is it necessary to drop the engine carriage? or can it be done from the side? Thanks.
one more thing, How do I identify what model of transmission I have and if I want to look for a used replacement, are there other vehicles with the same transmission?
