Hey, I'm installing hideaways in my headlights, and can't figure out how to get the headlight covers off to expose the lights?

Could anyone tell me how to do so?

it should be simple-
there is most likely 2 tabs on top of the headlight assembly. theyre usually white- pull them up- and the entire headlamp assembly can come out- obviously you need to disconnect the wires to the bulbs.... but that should be it. youll need to open the hood

 

Thanks, I couldn't figure out how to get the damn things off for the love of me lol, guess its pretty simple.

Hideaways are stobe lights that go into the headlights that way when they flash the headlights relective surface makes them much brighter. Also, you can't see them unless you look straight into the headlight fixture (thus the "hide"-away)

 

look for your manuals

 

It's a fairly simple process. Just locate the tabs and disconnect the wiring from the headlamps. Good luck.
