I知 driving Impala 2004, 3.8L LS. I already started my modification such as replacing Open filter, replace the Exhaust System and took out the catalytic converter. The biggest problem for modification I'm facing are the regulations, so any Visual modifications, will need to replace back the regular parts once a year in order to be certified. What can be done in order to improve car HP and momentum?<O</O
