Default I need help please!!

I drove over a speed bump, only going around 15 miles an hour and I heard a horrible grinding sound. After, I drove about a mile to my house and when going slower, on an incline, or over a bump in the street I heard grinding. I have a picture of what it looks like... its just behind the passenger rear wheel. Does anyone know what that part is called?

I can't tell what area of the car this is from the photo. But it looks a lot like an e-brake cable, and the bracket broke off.

I believe it's called a Rear Trailing Arm.
