impala 08 red like sensors dots on the windshild???

im wondering what are those red like sensors ( two of them) by my wiper blades on the windshild meen?

Are they two red lights that are in the dash or are they dots on the windshield? Thank you for your time.

there are like 2 dots on the windshild by the wiperblades.......
