2009 chevy impala will not start, lights in dashboard work but radio does not. All dashboard lights come on when you turn key but nothing from engine. Engine light is on, also airbags flip between on and off all the time. Have been having all gauges go of for several minutes than come back on, what is causing this, any suggestion
