I’m new to this forum and hoping to find some resolution to my issue. I have a 2016 Impala. The trunk sporadically opens when I hit the unlock button on my key fob.. I replaced the key fob twice, took it to the dealership(they claim they couldn’t find anything) and even changed the trunk latch and it continues to happen. Now my dash says “trunk is open” even though it’s not. It’s so frustrating that I can’t figure out how to fix it. Any suggestions?
