My 1968' Impala
got a 68' im looking to restore
it has the original 327 engine with 128 miles on it, what can i do to the engine to increase torque and HP without making high compression. My budget is around $3,000-$4,000 at most. This is to say that most of the work will be done by me, whatever I can do. I know there will be some stuff only professionals can/should do.
