Default need advice...thoughts?

I have a 2004 Impala SS with 135000kms on it. Driving home from work last week it started to run rough, so I slowed down, eventually it stalled and I coasted to the side of the road. It had heated up about to the 3/4 mark. Towed to the local garage. Apparently I blew out the block heater. They did a compression test on the first three cyl's and it was 90, 70, 125 respective. They sent me home with it telling me to take it easy and see what happens. Well it is now hard to start, heats up all the time to the point I cannot drive it anymore. Thoughts? I have been told everything from head gasket to warped heads to intake manifold gasket and so on. I need some advice here.

Head gaskets very rarely go out in theses cars. Id take it to a mechanic that actually gives a **** and let them look at it.
