Default Need help with 2002 Impala

Runs good at idle. Having trouble half to full throttle. Acts as if it's starving for fuel. Starts bogging down. I checked the fuel pressure, was well under what it should be. I then assumed it was my fuel pumped. Put in a new fuel pumped replaced the filter. It is still acting the same. I also checked the tps switch and it's good. Took out the o2 sensor cleaned it and still no difference. If anyone would have any suggestions what I should try next please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!!

How many miles does it have on it?
My thought would be timing, but that's not very old.
Is your engine light on?
If that has a fuel pressure regulator have that checked too.
I don't know what else to tell you at the moment.
Hope this helps.

Does the check engine light come on?

My shot in the dark guess is a plugged convertor.

It has 70000 miles on it. The reply about the plugged converter you are right. And the check engine light did come on. I just found out they had problems with the cones in the catalytic converter coming loose. Which now makes since that by the air flow being blocked it would run this way. I was supposed to have a gotten a letter from gm about it. Going to a gm garage tomorrow, found out that they extended the warranty from 80000 miles to 120000. Thanks for the reply. Greatly appreciated.
