hi there i am having issues with my 2006 Chevy Uplander.... it is stalling out on me and it says reduce engine power and starting disabled... it has done this twice too me and it is really making me mad cause the code reader is only saying check GAS cap.... what could be causing this problem

your code reader....have the codes read in all modules with a full function scan tool. reduced engine power dtc are usually a fault with the drive by wire throttle system....throttle body or accelerator pedal position sensor.
post the codes when you have them..... but in the uplander section.
