power window problems
power windows
hi am new to the site , i have a 2004 impala and the right front window goes up but not down they are power. please need some help.
took the motor out tested it works both ways. the maim switch and the right door switch will not power the window.

I had the same problem with my Venture, ended up replacing one of the switches. For the drivers door window it is just a single switch, but for all other doors it requires both switches to work in both the on and off positions (like switches on a staircase).
