Default Quick turn signal, no rear directional...

Car: 2006 Chevy Impala LT, w/ 3.5L FF.

Issue: Left directional occasionally doesn't work more than half the time. Turn signal on dashboard flashes rapidly. The passenger side side is fine.

Tried:
  1. Replacing driver's light bulb. I used a Sylvania 3057 LL, 12.8/14V, 27/6.7W.
  2. Reseated driver side bulb. Replaced passenger side as well.
  3. Swapped dongle cable (harness) with passenger side. The problem remained on drivers side.
Could there be a bad relay or flasher? If so where is it located?

Thanks!

Bump...

Is this the turn signal relay? If so is it easy to change?
