Default Radio Will not turn off

I have a 2008 Impala LTZ. I was having problems with the Driver door locks. I took the door apart and decided the Lock Mechanism is bad. So I put the door back together, so I could drive the car until I get the new part.
Now the radio stays on all the time. It used to turn off as soon as the drivers door opened.
What did I do? The only thing I unplugged was the lock mechanism, and I plugged it back in when i put the door back together.

I can turn the radio off manually. I forgot to include that.

Sounds like the retained accessory power is staying active. It usually shuts off when is see the door pin ground out when the door is opened.vThe door pin is an integral part of the latch. There is probably something you missed when putting it back together.
The radio will shut off automatically after 10 mins to prevent a dead battery

Thanks Shawn.
I ordered a new Lock Mechanism today.
When I get it and put it in, hopefully it will solve both problems.
I wnated to make sure I didn't have to program it or something.
