Random door lock problem

Random door lock problem
All my 2009 Impalas doors will randomly not lock or unlock. I hear it trying to, the interior pull moves a little bit, the fuse is ok, if a door lock is working and I keep praying the button it will eventually stop, and I pulled the positive terminal for 30 minutes to reset the computer, altho I don't think that worked because I still have all my f.m. presets. Any ideas?
