I am trying to re-sync my remote, we had to take the whole dashboard to fix my a/c flap actuator now that it is all back together my fob does not want to work so I though i needed to re-sync it but when i follow the manual on how to reprogram it will not display "REMOTE KEY LEARNING ACTIVE" anyone know why this is happening? Any info may help me.

 

I have same issue, though I never took the dash apart to create the problem. Wife says both remotes quick working. DID change batteries, just for fun since I had a spare. No results. DIC will not change to ""Remote Key Learning Active" as stated in owners manual. Have not gone the route of disconnecting the battery yet to see if that performs any magic.
