remove buss bars

My 94 impala needs to have the hot post replaced -this item is located on the underhood fuse box .
I am having trouble removing the buss bars under the fuse box to correctly replace the hot post .

Has anyone replaced this item ?
Is there a mechanic who will do this job /
Any info would be most appreciated .
