I've seen a previous thread concerning losing some of the settings in the DIC but now I can't find it. Probably don't have the correct search criteria. I understand there was a reprogram that will solve that issue.

Anyway I took my '14 in yesterday for the electronic parking brake recall and asked that the DIC be reprogrammed. I randomly lose some of the settings and I've also had my radio go completely blank. When that happened I still had my radio settings but lost the time and other settings.

I was told that it was a 3 hour job to reprogram everything. Does this sound correct? Just wondering if anyone had this done and if that is about the time it took.
