Security/battery light fashing. (cranks wont start)
My 2000 Chevy Impala has been sitting for a while and battery died. when I go to jump start. Engine cranks but will not start. Appears that it is not getting fuel.
Battery & Security light flashing.
Tried 10 min restart while connected to jumper
per cables but no luck

the security system will disable the fuel injectors.
the 10 minute theft relearn must be done 3x in succession if you do not have a scan tool.
the theft system will have set dtc but you will need a full function scan tool to access them. a code reader will not do.
