Security light will not go out
I have a 2000 Monte Carlo and i have replaced the ECU, BCM , and Lock cylinder and still the vehicle will not start because the security will not go out during the passlock relearn procedures

Did you go with a different passlock key resistance with the new cylinder? I replaced mine awhile back, new key cut for the cylinder, but I went back with a 4.75 K ohm resistor key. Relearn as I've done, key in on position, after 20-30 minutes, start or crank the car without turning the key off first.
