Default Squeaky suspension

Bare with me as this may be kinda long. I have a 2010 chevy impala lt and I'm having a hard time narrowing down this squeaking noise when I turn the steering wheel to the right. It does it when I'm driving or when I'm parked. You can hear it at low speeds. I've checked all the usual suspects, ball joints, control arms, sway bars links, tie rods, and theres no play and all bushings look good. You can hear the squeek when you put your ear to the floor mat on passanger side. What's odd is I only hear the noise when the car is under load/sitting on the ground. If I jack up the car even just slightly there's no noise. I suspected inner tie rods and replaced them and while they were bad that didn't fix the noise. If I put my hand on the tire on both passanger and driver side you can feel the squeak. Almost feels like a clunk. If I put my hand on the inner tie rods while car is on the ground and have someone turn the wheel to the right I can feel it as well. It's been hard to narrow down the noise since the car has to be on the ground and obviously I can't get under the car. The noise kinda sounds like maybe it's coming from the rack and pinion but I'm not sure of course. Hopefully someone can help me out.
