Default Squealing when not excelerating

I have a 2004 Impala. There is a real loud squealing noise coming from the engine. I can not determine if it is the belt or one of the pulleys. When I accelerate the squealing sound goes away. Once I take my foot off the gas the squealing starts again. Is it the belt or the pulleys or something else entirely. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the advice. Someone else thought it might be the fan clutch, but I was leaning towards the belt or a pulley.

SOunds like the belt may not be tight enough or worn down.
