Default Surging engine, 2013 Impala 3.6l HELP!!

2013 Impala 3.6 L engine surging at idle 600 RPM to 1000 up and down up and down up and down. Replaced throttlebody, plugs, PCV, replaced mass airflow sensor. Thought maybe there was a vacuum leak so I’ve sprayed carburetor cleaner pretty much everywhere and hasn’t changed the thing. Back of the intake manifold there is a hose that when I disconnect. (Vacuum line that goes to the brake booster as well as Power Brake Booster Vacuum pump) the idle smooths out & quits surging. Obviously I need the vacuum for my power brakes I’m at a loss. Appreciate any help in advance. Once I clear the codes, the check engine light comes back on, and it shows P0102-00…mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit Low Frequency
