Default Wheel hub/bearing replacement part confusion

Bought a new rear wheel bearing with the mind to change the driver side rear wheel hub. It makes a high-pitched squealing grind whenever the wheel turns.

so I got the part from auto zone, brand new, and it has no electrical connector. I searched for this issue and found no results. All of the videos that I have seen from now 3 different sources regarding changing the bearing, they always have an electrical connector. Removing the tabs and plug is part of the hub removal process, and then their new bearing always has that jack at the back, to reattach to that plug.

My new part just has a smooth metallic cap. There isn't even a port to connect an electrical connector, and there is no purchase anywhere around the cap to pry it off, if it was hiding under there. So it just has no power connector.

What gives? I don't even know where to begin now. This is the correct part according to the VIN. Why is it in fact not correct?

Take it back to Autozone. Tell them you need the correct part. If they tell you you dont need it, get a refund and get the correct part from somewhere else. Don't take no for an answer. NAPA auto parts would be a good place, and I dont work for them.

so there is no chance that this part is correct? The cap is like, copper, I was hoping maybe the entire socket is somehow then connected to the electrical charge like.

I have the LTZ, I was hoping that all of the videos I watched just showed the other models and I was home free. Sunovabitch

Auto zone gave you the wrong part. Probably from a different year Impala. They have the correct part. You didn't say what year it was so I couldn't look it up, but they do have wheel hubs with sensors.

No way. Get the right part. If they dont have it get your $$$ back and go elsewhere. Auto parts people are not mechanics nor auto techs. Hell, they are not even good at testing an automotive battery properly.
