Why does my wipers slap the cowl when running on my 2002 Chevy Suburban? I have replaced the wiper motor, transmission and wiper arms.

 

...you may have installed the wiper arm with the motor not in the park position(it normal position when its off). remove the wiper arm, cycle the wipers so they are in the park postion. key off, reinstall the wiper arm in the correct position
